About Aphilile
I’m a BSc Electrical Engineering graduate based in Durban with a strong passion for Math, Statistics and Calculus. I remember how tough these subjects were until someone explained them properly. I teach because I love seeing students go from confused to confident. Helping others master problem-solving skills that I use daily in engineering is incredibly rewarding for me.

I’m a BSc Electrical Engineering graduate who knows how frustrating Maths, Stats and Calculus can feel. My lessons break every concept into simple, logical steps — the same way I had to learn them for engineering.
How I teach:
We start by finding your weak spots, then rebuild from the basics using past exam questions and real-world examples. No memorising formulas without understanding. I focus on problem-solving techniques that actually work in tests and exams.
Who I help:
Grade 10-12 learners aiming for Matric distinctions, and first-year university students struggling with calculus, linear algebra, or statistics.
Lesson style:Online via Zoom or in-person around Durban. I provide summary notes, extra practice problems, and WhatsApp support between lessons for quick questions.
My goal is to turn “I don’t get it” into “Oh,that's easy".
