About Madisyn
Hello! I am a college student obtaining a degree in Elementary Education. I have one year left in my degree and am eager to be in the classroom full-time. I have tutored many students both in individualized and group settings in all subject/content areas. I work the best with students who may need assistance with ELA skills such as reading, writing, phonetics, comprehension, etc.

My teaching method is open and inviting. I want the students to discover new things about the world around them by having a clear understanding of the fundamentals of content specific material. I begin my lessons with an engaging discussion or activity, then building off of this with direct instruction, and then wrap up with revisiting the lesson and activity to check for comprehension of the skills.
