About Ashley
As a kid I struggled with school and it took me a while to get a love of learning. Through my struggle I met some wonderful teachers that encouraged me to help other classmates as I was learning myself and as I grew so did my love of teaching. I have been teaching for 10 years now and I have worked in both the General education world and the Special Education world.

I have taught 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade ELA for the last 10 years. I have done a mixture of all three grade levels and I love to read anything you put in front of me. I approach my teaching method as first getting to know who I am tutoring and where they need the most help. I love knowing my kids' interests so I can connect with them better.
