I've been training with Sam weekly since February 2022 (two years now). I could not be more satisfied with his PT sessions.
He adapted the training to my (ever) changing needs, fat-loss, preparing conditioning for a white-collar boxing fight, and finally two phases of bulk/cut in the past year for muscle building/aesthetics.
He is very good at understanding my mindset and "workout psychology" in general. Knows when to push my limits, and teaches how to handle setbacks/dips in motivation along the way (e.g. not losing weight fast enough, bulking too dirty, or personal matters impacting motivation).
