About Umair
I’m Umair. I have a sports science degree. I also started learning combat sports (karate and boxing) from the tender age of 7. I started competing in boxing from 15 and then started hitting weights and cardio at 18, learning how to sculpt my body to a lean and muscular look. I haven’t stopped learning and progressing since, and I want to pass my expertise onto my clients.

Great session. Umair is really knowledgable and trains in a way personalised way that most trainers couldn’t match. His private home gym is perfect to train in also. He also gives really good advice in things like nutrition, supplements, daily habits etc. definitely recommend
