About Lakshmi
My name is Lakshmi, and I am thrilled to embark on this journey with you through the practice of yoga. As a certified yoga instructor with 7 years of experience, I am deeply passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.
My personal journey started when I was 7year old, as a child I suffered from low stamina. But my practice became more regular in last 8 years, as I developed a strong inclination toward beyond physical practice. A few changes I have experienced are better posture, correct breathing pattern, more stamina and better mental clarity.
