About Jose
I am currently a student at Emory University studying Computer Science and looking to tutor over the summer and into the next academic year. I love to teach Math, Science, and Test Prep. I am skillful and knowledgeable, and I have been tutoring for over two years. I tutor everyone from elementary students up to early college students and delivered results!

I first greet the student and talk to them about their day to feel comfortable and warm up to the lesson. Then, I find out where the student is currently at with their knowledge. From there, I set up a plan to build up any skills needed first to succeed in the subject. I also incorporate their knowledge of a different subject and relate it to what they are learning. Overall, I believe it’s important to set the atmosphere of learning first and form a strong foundation of knowledge.
