About Jacobus
I have extensive experience working with and teaching youth in various settings, including:
- 20+ years in restaurant management, where I trained and mentored part-time waiters, many of whom were students. I developed and implemented training programs, provided feedback, and helped them improve their communication and customer service skills. (Ages 16-25)
- 10+ years teaching martial arts to kids and students, focusing on discipline, goal-setting, and self-improvement. I created lesson plans, led classes, and helped students achieve their goals. (Ages 5-30)
