About Alicia
I began my journey in health and wellness 22 years ago as a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher. I wanted to change the trajectory of my life and not become a victim to the hereditary health issues of my family. I was so successful I wanted to share with others what I had discovered and I began training and teaching full time. I have continued my education in emotional well-being, self-mastery, neuroplasticity, movement for mental health and disabilities, resolving codependency, trauma-informed and translating body language. Based on a discovery of your current goals I will customize a thorough holistic plan to focus on your life and the upgrades you want to achieve.

Former clients have dramatically changed the way they feel, think and act in relatively short amounts of time. It has been said “they can heal in days what would typically take 5 years”. I have clients lose weight as they change their lives through emotional intelligence, mental renewal, and physical well-being. Some didn’t even change their diets or exercise routines they simply shed the emotional weight they were carrying. A current client has completely changed her codependent relationship with her husband and father-in-law in such a short amount of time I can’t even believe it, and she is going on her first ever girls trip feeling confident and more connected than ever with her husband!
