About Niclas
Growing up in Germany, I was always drawn to other cultures and languages. This has inspired me to learn English which has enabled me to live and study in Australia and Scotland. I have benefitted massively from my languages skills and would love to show you that language learning can be fun and very rewarding.

Throughout my time of working in secondary education classrooms I have learned how to make language learning engaging, rewarding, and effective. I would love to create a personalised learning environment for language learners in which they can reach their individual goals.
In 2021, I have successfully completed the Professional Graduate Diploma in Education in teaching German as a foreign language at the University of Edinburgh. In my role as a newly qualified German teacher at Larbert High School in Falkirk, Scotland, I have prepared and taught German classes to students and gained experience in supporting students so they can achieve their national qualifications.
In my freetime, I have also acquired two years of experience in one to one tutoring with pupils ranging from 11-43 years old in which I have been able to expand my knowledge of different education systems (especially the English and Irish education system).
