About Lee
I am a committed ESL tutor with 12 years of experience helping high school and college students learn English. Teaching is something I truly enjoy because it allows me to support students in building confidence and achieving their goals. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me become patient and understanding as a teacher.
I focus on building strong basics in grammar and vocabulary while also improving communication skills through speaking and writing practice. A major milestone in my journey has been helping students become confident in using English in real-life situations. Many of my students have improved their academic performance and communication skills.
My teaching style is simple, interactive, and encouraging. I create a comfortable environment where students feel motivated to learn and grow. My aim is to make learning English meaningful, enjoyable, and useful for every student.

My ESL teaching methodology combines real-life examples, case studies, and interactive exercises to make learning engaging and effective. I show students how English is used in everyday conversations, academic tasks, and professional situations.
Motivation is central, and I create a positive environment where students feel encouraged to participate, speak, and practice consistently. Problem-solving exercises, such as role-plays, discussions, and scenario-based tasks, help students develop fluency, critical thinking, and confidence. I teach with integrity by giving honest feedback and clear guidance.
Flexibility is key, allowing lessons to adapt to each student’s learning pace, level, and goals. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to ensure well-rounded language development.
