About Eliott
I pride myself on being friendly and approachable as a tutor, creating a relaxed atmosphere to encourage discussion and questions. I find this environment leads to a much better understanding of the course material and also gives my students a real confidence in what they are learning.
I usually ask my students to prepare clearly their questions beforehand in order to be as efficient as possible during the session.

I am a 27 years old PhD student in mathematics at the University of Bath coming from Brussels in Belgium. I did a Bachelor in Physics as well as in Mathematics where I was at the top of my class, and I did a Masters in Mathematics where I also finished valedictorian. I am a French speaker, fluent in English and with notions of Dutch. I can therefore teach in these three languages if needed.
I have several years of experience in tutoring as I have been a student-assistant in math as well as in physics during my degrees which consisted in leading exercise sessions for first year students in math and physics. Moreover, my PhD involves several hours of teaching per week for undergrad, where I have to mark homework and assess exams. Hence, I can teach Math and Physics at every level (Primary, GCSE, A-level, University).
