About Kin
I am a passionate flute tutor who enjoys helping students explore music creatively and confidently. My teaching combines mentorship, accountability, critical thinking, and creative exploration. I focus on tone, phrasing, rhythm, and breath control while nurturing expressive musicality. I also teach music theory, sight-reading, and listening skills to strengthen overall musicianship.
Creativity is central to my lessons, including improvisation, composition, and musical storytelling. I guide students to set goals, practice consistently, and track their progress. Mistakes are treated as natural learning opportunities and stepping stones to improvement. I adapt lessons to each student’s pace, skill level, and personal interests. I act as a mentor, providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback in every session. Lessons balance technical work with creative exercises to keep students engaged.
I emphasize reflection, problem-solving, and independent thinking in all sessions. My goal is to build confidence, discipline, and a love for music in every student. I also teach related subjects such as performance preparation, rhythm, and theory. I create a positive and motivating environment where students feel supported. Every lesson is designed to help students become expressive, confident, and lifelong learners of music.

I teach flute with a focus on creativity, accountability, and thoughtful learning. I believe every student can grow into a confident and expressive musician with proper guidance.
