Every student is different and for each student the approach of teaching changes. However to summarise the approach here are a few pointers
1. Assessment - to understand current understanding of student
2. Planning and Onboarding - Creating a roadmap for student and giving overview
3. Executing the plan - Following the shared plan religiously
4. Monthly extempore - Students to share his understanding in front of Tutor and Parent
5. Monthly PTMs and Action Items - To share progress Children with parents
