About Mahender
I am a Mechanical Engineer with seventeen years of experience in the field of Research Design, and Development Environment. Dealing with all stages of the life cycle of a product. My main strengths are adaptability to work independently or as a part of a team on new technologies with good learning skills and implementing continuous improvements in any sort of work scenarios that include teaching. Having Masters and Bachelor's Degree in the same field, passed out with distinction and commendation respectively. Along with a few years of experience in teaching. Willing to help the students in need during my spare time on topics related to Maths and Science for Primary Key stage 1,2(age groups 5-11) - Secondary Key stage 3,4 and also Further Key stage 5. My Daughter falls in the category key stage 2 and she likes the way I explain her subjects in a broader sense not just teaching the subject aspects but how they can be relevant in real world, the same strategy I shall follow for all age groups up to the A levels. so that they can understand the real world scenarios while dwelling with the topic if I come across any. With Masters and bachelor's in mechanical engineering passed out with Distinction and commendation respectively, I used to help or teach my peers at work and college, I have taught A level students for about 2+ years. Typically the class may last for about an hour but extend if required. step by step approach, making the students solve the examples, check their level of understanding then help where they are lagging with some extra steps if required then diving into exercises or the real problems both in Science and Maths.
