Sessions can be in increments of 30 minutes and conducted online.
I've had experience tutoring high school students and I found this work best:
For STEM subjects, lessons can either be 1) general revision of a concept/topic OR 2) practice questions and reviewing the gaps.
For Malay or English language, we can either start from the general chat, review an article/video/audio or even roleplay for an event such as IELTs or interview.
