About Swarup
I have been working in the IT industry for more than 15 years now. And I am in the quality assurance domain. So for me, quality is of paramount importance. So I won't stop unless all students are able to grasp a concept. Also, my father is a retired HS teacher. So I know the importance of being able to remain updated about the latest trends in education. Also, I strongly advocate morality and discipline for whoever is attending my class.

There are certain processes which must be followed so that learning can be fun:
1. A positive learning environment is absolutely mandatory.
2. Encouraging students to ask question is another aspect that i strictly follow
3. Absolute mastery of any concept is a must before going for question solving.
4. It is crucial to analyze where somebody is failing and more importantly why he/she failed
5. Categorization of problems and sequential progress in handling those is crucial in building confidence in students.
