About Atom
As a University of Toronto graduate with 3-4 years of tutoring experience, I specialize in mathematics (including geometry, algebra, trigonometry, linear algebra, and calculus) and physics. My passion for education extends beyond the classroom, as I've successfully helped middle school students improve their grades and assisted high school students in preparing for AP Physics exams.
I believe in tailoring each tutoring session to meet the unique needs of my students, whether that involves direct assistance with assignments or developing supplementary study materials. My patient and approachable demeanor, honed through volunteer work as a soccer coach for K-6 students, allows me to connect effectively with learners of all ages.

I am a recent enigneering undergraduate from the University of Toronto. I attended NEST+M and HSMSE as a child, so I am well versed in standardized testing, what its like to be in a competitive academic environment.
I prefer to meet students where they are rather than impose my learning style on them. I attempt to understand what their goals are for our sessions first, everyone's relationship with math and science is different!
I have been on both sides of the tutoring experience, so I like to keep sessions low pressure and invite lots of questions, and solving problems as a team.
