About Saloni
Hi, I'm Saloni! I hold a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and I currently work as a software developer. Math has always been the foundation of everything I do — from building machine learning models to analyzing data — so I know firsthand how important it is to truly understand the concepts, not just memorize formulas.
I've also worked as an AI intern and data analyst, where I built chatbot agents, worked with real datasets, and created dashboards to solve practical problems using logical, structured thinking. My personal projects, like a hand sign detection system and a spam email classifier, relied heavily on math concepts like linear algebra and statistics.
I want to teach because I remember how confusing math felt before it clicked for me — and I want to help students get to that "aha" moment faster, with patience and clear explanations rather than pressure.

My approach to teaching maths is simple: build strong fundamentals first, then connect concepts to real, practical examples so they actually stick. As an AI/ML engineering student and software developer, I use logical, step-by-step problem-solving in every class — the same structured thinking I apply to coding and data analysis.
Each class typically starts with a quick review of concepts, followed by guided practice on problems, and ends with independent problem-solving to build confidence. I focus on arithmetic, algebra, trigonometry, and linear algebra, adapting my pace and explanations to how each student learns best.
I teach students from school level through college level, including those who need a strong base in linear algebra for engineering or computer science courses. My classes are patient, encouraging, and focused on making sure students understand the "why" behind every formula, not just how to use it.
