About Maël
I am a third-year student at the Higher Institute of Mechanics of Paris (Supméca), and currently undertaking an academic mobility at Centrale Nantes to specialize myself in naval engineering. I began the engineering curriculum after obtaining a Scientific Baccalaureate with honors and with an International Option in 2017, and then after continuing my studies in "classes préparatoires" at Lycée Marcelin Berthelot, where I spent my first year (2017/2018 ) in PCSI class, followed by a PSI class in the second year (2018/2019).
I also lived for 4 years in Australia (from 2009 to 2013) which allowed me to become bilingual English / French.

For scientific subjects, the important thing is obviously to master the fundamental knowledge of the program, whatever the level. My goal is to ensure that this knowledge is well understood and used appropriately by students when faced with an exercise or assignment. Thus, the purpose of my science courses is to first assist the students in their learning and understanding of their courses, using examples and basic exercises as needed. Then, if it turns out that the student is progressing well and no longer needs assistance in learning their courses, I then help them to work on more advanced exercises that require more thought, so that they may progress even further and become aware of the abilities that they have acquired.
