About Shanthini
I recently completed my Masters Degree (Research mode) at USM and currently waiting for a job offer. I have experience of teaching mathematics to Form 2 students during my postgraduate studies (2 years). I'm eager to join this program and I wish I could play a small role in helping those who need guidance on improving their grades, especially in mathematics.

My teaching method is more into startegic approach. I'll conduct the class with more hands on activity. I believe that mathematics require more activity to understand the question and practice makes perfect. Apart from that, I also like to get engaged with the student throughout the session by implementing games and pop quizes. This is bacuase it will keep them interested on the task they were doing (Kahoot).
