I don't have any such strict method of teaching since I already mentioned before (I am no major at teaching). Whatsoever,My basic methods are:-
I don't believe in marks so I won't be taking continuous tests and exams. Because knowledge is what matters. Therefore,I will rather give assignments on topics I teach and ask you to write your views about it.I believe in that way a student will be more comfortable and will more focus on learning and not scoring marks.
