I have been providing English Language and Literature throughout Senior School and Sixth Form as well as over the past few summer holidays. I have tutored approximately 7 students, mainly those who had concerns with their IGCSE English Language Coursework, and who found literary analysis challenging.

I'm an Australian-Chinese international second-year undergraduate student studying English & American Literature at Royal Holloway, University of London. I have a consistent high second class and first class grade in Renaissance, Victorian, Contemporary, Satirical and American literature and poetry. I have a 8.0 in IELTS, and 120/120 in IGCSE English Language and Literature, and 120/120 for my A-Level English Literature course.
For studying literary texts, I prefer a in-depth understanding of context prior the analysis of the text in further detail. After this process, a shared Google Documents where themes, quotes and analysis will be created: a platform where the student can confidently pick out his/her desired parts of the text whilst I can track the process and provide feedback.
For essay writing, I could provide essay planning sessions as well as reconstruction of essays.

If lessons are with Runnymede & Weybridge then travel fees do not apply. However, if lessons are in London, then I would need a minimum of £10 to travel (It costs £19.90 for a return ticket to Egham Station)
