About Fleur
I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 5 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I am passionate about helping learners build strong English communication skills for academic and future success. Over the years, I have taught around 150–200 students, many of whom gained confidence and clarity in English.
I focus on practical learning, real-life communication, and supportive guidance. One of my greatest achievements has been helping students overcome language barriers and speak English with confidence. I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to learn, practice, and grow.

My ESL teaching approach is supportive, interactive, and results-focused. I believe students learn English best when they feel motivated and enjoy the learning process. I design lessons based on each student’s level and learning goals.
Motivation is key. I encourage students through positive reinforcement and achievable goals. Communication is emphasised with speaking, listening, reading, and writing practice using real-life situations.
Creativity makes lessons engaging. I include role plays, storytelling, visuals, and practical exercises to help students remember and use English effectively. Time management keeps lessons organised and balanced.
In addition to ESL, I teach spoken English, grammar basics, vocabulary building, pronunciation, professional communication, interview preparation, and basic writing. My goal is to help students gain confidence and use English naturally.
