My teaching approach is student-centred, focusing on interactive learning to actively engage students. I incorporate a mix of teaching methods tailored to individual learning styles, including direct instruction for grammar and vocabulary, discussion-based activities to enhance speaking fluency, and real-life simulations to build confidence in language use. Typically, my lessons are 60 minutes long. This duration allows ample time to explore each topic thoroughly while maintaining student concentration. I structure sessions with a clear beginning, middle, and end, ensuring each class is goal-oriented and productive. I achieved a grade 9 in GCSE English Language, an A in A level and I am currently working towards my Bachelor’s degree at King's College London. During my time in college I was involved in a programme that helped tutor students who had not yet achieved their English GCSE. I have also tutored several other students of various ages and proficiency levels and have developed a keen understanding of the challenges and strategies in language teaching. I have successfully helped students improve their test scores, gain fluency, and achieve personal language learning objectives. My lessons are designed for a wide range of learners, from children ages seven years old to adults. I specialise in beginner to intermediate levels. I am passionate about teaching and committed to the academic and personal growth of my students. I am excited about the possibility of bringing my unique expertise to the table.
