Based on the experiences that I have acquired through my teaching career, what seems to be the most important in the process of learning a new language is gradually becoming aware of one's own capabilities in terms of language acquisition as well as the unique way of learning. Basically, a teacher's responsibility is to realize the needs of the learner in addition to guiding the learner to find his/her own autonomy. What I always try to develop in the learners' process of learning is to make them notified of their distinctive way of learning as individuals.
