There's a lot of difference when we take up English in writingwith that of spoken. Many a times it happens that although we are a good writer, but when it comes to communicate we start babbling. It'sall because a lack of confidence within.
I too had it. And it's normal.what not normal is that we let go our hesitation.
The more we speak the more we learn.
So I did my UG and my PG with ELT so as to help a lot with same.
