About Samoane
I have taught and tutored at the University of North Carolina Wilmington for three years, making essay writing approachable for my students! I am also a certified Master Tutor with the College & Reading Learning Association (CRLA). Tutoring is my greatest passion, and I love to inspire and connect with my students.

I use a personalized approach within each tutoring session. We begin by discussing your writing concerns and needs. If you're unsure, we may pull up a sample of your writing and read through it together to assess it.
I am all about encouraging you and instilling confidence in your work. My sessions are conversational, and I will always check in with you to ensure that you understand the material.
I am equipped with at variety of tutoring strategies, and we can vary them throughout the session! If you are a recurring student, we can work together to decide what works and what doesn't. I want to make each session completely tailored to you. My lessons are for college level writers, across all disciplines and levels (undergraduate and graduate).
