About Victor
I am a Fitter Machinist by trade, a holder of a Tefl Certificate, with a strong passion for teaching, I started by mentoring my own kids, then relatives and friends' children joined on weekends.The impact of these sessions has been mind blowing, as all of these learners have either excelled or significantly improved. I would love to empower and mentor other learners too.

Foremost, I believe everyone is born with the same potential, it is how we are mentored that unlocks and drives this potential to great heights. A brief chat with a learner reveals their strengths and weaknesses in any subject and from there we work together to bolster their strengths while taking care of their weaknesses.
