About Zita
Hello! I'm Zita and I'm all about texts. I enjoy reading but I enjoy helping my students thrive at university even more. I have been tutoring university students at various levels for a few years now. I have a BA(Hons), Mlitt, and PhD in English Literature. Beyond this specialism, I can effectively coach students within Arts & Humanities and Study Skills more broadly. I have a student-focused ethos. As a rule, I meet my students at their level and adjust my advice according to their needs, abilities, and ambitions. I'm looking forward to working together!

I have experience in supporting students of all levels of higher education, including foundation, undergraduate, Master's, and PhD. I specialise in Arts & Humanities, specifically English Literature (close reading, essay writing, theory, flow & style) and Study Skills (time & workload management, notetaking, reading strategies, academic register). I can provide meaningful support with postgraduate work (thesis structure, literature review, research strategies). I enjoy working with neurodiverse students. My experience allows me to offer bespoke advice for a range of neurodiversities and conditions, including dyslexia, autism, and ADHD.
