About Mackenzie
My minor is in creative writing aa I want to become an author after I graduate. Possibly an English teacher. I can easily help with reading and writing skills from grades K-12.
Will help with schoolwork as well as going beyond what is asked from said school. I can help give prompts for writing as well as books to read. When it will come to reading assignments I will obtain the book material (if open to the public through purchase or library accessibility).
If giving prompts for reading containing sensitive content (death, religion, sexual orientation, SA, etc.) I will make sure it is approved by a guardian if the student is under 18 as to not cross boundaries with material the guardian deems inappropriate.

Reading and writing are used every day. It helps for school, the work force, as well as in every day life situations (reading a warning sign about a construction site for example).
It is also a way of expressing one’s emotions and creativity in a positive manner.
The feeling someone has for not knowing something can be defeating in itself, but when it comes to English language situations, it can stop someone from wanting to learn in general.
Why wait to understand what’s in store for you when you can get a head start on improving and enriching your life?
I just want to help people succeed in something I had a hard time with growing up. I was in special programs in elementary school to help with reading comprehension skills. Now I’m in the process of writing my own fiction book to be published one day. I just want to give resources to those that want to help themselves.
Just know, I’m not giving up on you! You can accomplish great things.
