About Melanie
I achieved one of the top marks in England for GCSE English Literature and subsequently studied English Literature at University. I now have a background in law and was Called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2019. My job now is acting as a full time tutor in English Literature.

Hello,
I am an English Literature GCSE and A-level tutor with over a decade of experience.
My true passion is teaching and following a career in law I now act as a full time tutor. My goal is to enable students to independently be successful in the exam by arming them with the tools to navigate different topics and questions.
I believe any student can become adept at English Literature with the right individualised guidance and support. I always aim to create an atmosphere in which the student can ask me any questions and ultimately resolve their problem areas.
I also regularly assist in proofreading international students essays and dissertations, as well as having conversational sessions to assist those with interviews in which English is their second language.
