About Gracie
Hi! I’m Gracie and I’m a 17 year old A level student from Somerset. I currently attend boarding school at Queen’s College in Taunton. I achieved a 9 which equates to an A* at GCSE for English Language and English Literature and I’m predicted an A for my A level. I’m extremely familiar with the up to date curriculum and have experience mentoring younger students in my college. If you’re looking for a young, friendly tutor who is prepared to listen and understand your child’s learning style and needs , then I might be for you!

I offer friendly, unique one to one or group tutoring. I tailor my lessons around finding and using a learning style that works for the student’s unique needs and strengths.
For younger students I work through using spelling, punctuation and grammar games and interactive activities to keep them engaged and make the content memorable. For older students I would go through their exam texts thoroughly with them at their own pace and aid them in not only their understanding of the texts’ deeper meanings but also the application of them in essays and exam questions by explaining the mark schemes for the relevant exam board. I can completely empathise with the emotions and/or struggles your child may face in regards to exams/school due to the fact that I am still in higher education and so will make studying as calm and efficient an activity as possible. I’m friendly and patient and will encourage your child to work at their best level.
