About Lisa
My own mathematical skills stretch to BSc Honors Physics, and MSc Eng. I have a teaching degree for high school math and physics. However, it is my love of teaching math in particular that has kept me returning to it the last twenty-five years.

I am happy working with a variety of learners. Each mind is unique. I work with patience and heart for children with math anxiety, to take the time to observe their needs. Basic skills are then slowly built up, and practiced at a pace that they are comfortable with, and they can trust and grow confidence with. I will make recommendations and communicate with parents for what would be most valuable for the student.

Really good! She knows so much math. What helps me is that she explains things in easy ways, and she goes step by step, and breaks things into small bits. And not getting stressed. 'Keine Panik'. :)
