About Sarah
Hi! My name is Sarah. I am a certified English as a Second Language teacher with a CELTA certificate. I also have a bachelor's degree in psychology and graduated summa cum laude.
I have plenty of experience working with children, especially elementary and preschool age. This has been through working in summer camps, daycares, and church children's classes. I also have done work with teaching ESL to adults.

I am experienced with teaching English as a second language. My tutoring method includes direct goals that focus on the student's needs. For non-native speakers, this may mean using worksheets, real life texts, and discussions to increase fluency in vocabulary, grammar, reading, and writing. For native speakers looking to improve their skills, we would use worksheets, writing tasks, and materials such as books, magazines, and newspapers.
I have experience working with both adults and children ranging from preschool to middle school, though I would be open to working with older teenagers as well.
