About Ayanda
I grew up in a rural area and I didn’t have much exposure to most resources so when I finished matric, I made it a point to read a lot of books to equip me with as much knowledge as I can and because I believe in passing on knowledge to others, that’s when I started having passion for teaching. I enrolled for a certificate in Early Childhood Development which allows me to teach young ones. I then later enrolled for a TEFL certificate which allows me to teach English as a foreign language.
I then made it a point to stay fit and exercise daily and that’s when I’d meet people at a nearby park and we’d start gyming together until they asked me to give them lessons now and then. That’s how the training instructor came about.

I always make sure that my students have as much fun when they learn so that classes don’t become boring. For online students, I come up with a picture to better make them understand the concept of what I’m trying to teach them because I believe we learn better visually. With contact students I always include a short game here and there to make the lessons more fun and educational at the same time.
With regards to gym I have a program for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. it’s exercises that will definitely produce results and I always try to recommend Balanced diet to follow through whole we embark on this journey.
