About Anastasiia
As an English tutor with over five years of experience, I have dedicated myself to fostering a love for language in both children and adults. Whether through online platforms or in-person sessions, I provide tailored instruction that addresses each student's unique needs. My focus encompasses a wide range of areas, including homework assistance, grammar mastery, vocabulary enhancement, and the development of listening skills. It is my passion to guide my students on their journey to linguistic proficiency and confidence.

My teaching methodology is based on a personalized approach to each of my students.
I always look for the most modern and up to date materials for my lessons to sure my students get the best possible learning experience. All lessons I teach begin with a gentle warm up, revisiting old topics to help with permanence and then on to new concepts where I implement combinations of auditory, visual and kinesthetic learning where possible depending on the student.
I think what sets me apart as a tutor is that I try to be friends and find common ground with my students, not just their professor. I always try to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for their benefit. During my time in educational facilities and related situations, I've always found it easier to learn when there is a good personal relationship between teacher and student. I believe that this is the best approach for those who I teach, as well.
I have taught English to people of all ages - from preschool to adults. I can adapt to any level of English from absolute beginner to advanced and experienced learner. I'm always open to suggestions and wishes of my students who want to bring some changes to our lessons, and am happy to modify lesson plans where needed or desired. Learning should be enjoyable, first and foremost, if it is to be effective.
