About Harry
My name’s Harry, my favourite subject at school was always English! My mum was a nursery teacher so teaching runs in the family. I know how stressful exams can be, but I also know how much 1-1 tutoring can help. I’m also confident I can tailor my approach to any and all students, as we all learn in different ways.

Having worked in primary and secondary school settings and private 1-1, I’m experienced in tutoring all ages! I know firsthand how difficult it can be to keep up with everything in busy classrooms. That’s why I’d encourage students to come to me with anything they feel unsure about. In terms of preparing for tests, my philosophy emphasises the importance of practice papers. Then we can find the areas that are causing issues and go over them 1-1 together. Especially with English, it’s so important to analyse the mark scheme to understand what the examiners are looking for. This is what took me from a B to an A* and can for you or your child as well.
