We will begin our lesson by reviewing any homework or questions the student may have. After addressing this, I will provide students with templates to go over their biggest concerns, this may look like grammar sheets, essay templates, verb and noun collocations etc. I will go over the instructions and watch the student complete the task. After doing so, I will go over their work and go over their correct and incorrect answers. In doing so, the student will receive positive feedback to give them positive encouragement while also teaching them how to achieve the right answer for the questions they struggle with. After going over incorrect answers, I will have the student repeat similar problems to ensure they understand how to achieve the correct answer. This strategy will help students stay engaged and motivated in their school work.
