About Karen
English has always been my best subject; it is the reason I pursued a Juris Doctor and my personal statements for law school applications are what stood out and got me into competitive law schools in the process! I spend a majority of my time reading both for school and as a hobby. I have extensive experience with essay writing in all different disciplines; legal research, English literature, and social science research as well. This background has allowed me to have a well-rounded approach to writing that is flexible for multiple disciplines and backgrounds. As Chat GPT is rising in popularity, most educators and even other students (such as myself) are easily able to tell when an essay is written through the use of AI. My experience and practice cultivating writing skills far exceed the existence of AI, and I thus bring forth a unique ability to critique, edit, proofread papers, and teach the basics and fundamentals of English lit.
