About Louise
Hello! My name is Louise, I am currently a medical student at the University of Liverpool, and love everything sport and fitness in my spare time. I love studying medicine as it combines science and helping others at the most vulnerable point of their lives, and I wouldn’t want to study anything else!
As a student, I learnt how to maximise success while keeping the process enjoyable, ultimately culminating in 4A*’s at A Level and 11 9’s at GCSE. I firmly believe that with a personalised, efficient and evidence-based approach then anyone can achieve what they set their mind to and this is what I aim to bring to my lessons.

In our sessions, we will devise a plan with goals that are specific towards your needs, with a focus on fundamental understanding of the subject and also exam technique through practice questions. First, we will go through everything you need to know on a chosen topic, making sure understanding is solidified. Then, we will put it into practice with active recall of the information, to ensure that it is transferred into your long term memory.
As a result, you will be prepared for whatever the exam boards can throw at you. I will endeavour to answer all of your questions and resolve any misunderstandings that you might have, meaning that ultimately learning can be enjoyable.
Finally, as a SEND trained tutor, I aim to be highly flexible with the structure of my lessons, and make sure that they are best suited to my students best ways of learning to maximise probabilities of success and overall enjoyment.
