My teaching method is to start simply and gradually introduce new techniques. By testing and watching the swimmers ability this allows me to understand what each individual needs in order to achieve their highest potential. This teaching method has achieved amazing results as it allows both me as a trainer and my clients to develop trust and confidence in a water based environment.
