About Clara
¡Hola!
My name is Clara and I am from Spain, even though I've been living in London for the last seven years. As a native Spanish teacher, I am passionate about the Spanish language and culture, and I want to share it.
I'm a qualified "Spanish as a foreign language" teacher and have a strong background in teaching adults of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners. In addition, I have a proven track record in teaching GCSE and A-Level students.
I'm very creative and like creating materials adapted for any case.
Furthermore, I am a very patient person, nobody is born knowing everything, right?

Over the years, I also have successfully guided students through GCSE and A-level Spanish, adapting my teaching methods to meet individual needs, including those with dyslexia. My expertise extends to one-on-one instruction and small group settings, where I focus on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where conversations happen from day one.
Of course, I think that grammar and vocabulary are important in the learning process, but it's necessary to lose the embarrassment when we try another language, believe me, I've been there.
My lessons are normally 60 or 90 min, depending on the student's needs.
