About Vincent
With a 99.90 ATAR, a BSc (Chemistry), and a Diploma in Mathematical Science (the latter two from Unimelb), I have over three years of private tutoring experience in the following VCE subjects:
- Chemistry
- Maths Methods
- Specialist Maths
- Physics
Having almost completed my Masters degree in Chemistry, and with years of research experience in the field, I am also able to teach first- and second-year undergraduate chemistry (any course).
Outside of teaching, I enjoy playing music, going on hikes, and watching indie films.

As a laboratory demonstrator at the University of Melbourne, I regularly guide students from positions of unfamiliarity to ones of understanding. I have a fascination for exploring new ideas, and I enjoy inspiring the same passion in my students.
In a typical lesson, I will go through exisiting study materials to pinpoint key areas of improvement, and then comprehensively build up a student's understanding of these areas by working through examples I can provide. With my experience teaching many different kinds of students, I am able to tailor the concepts and ideas I present to their individual learning style, making learning both efficient and effective.
