About Farhad
My recent teaching experience since taking early retirement from University teaching has been teaching GCSE Mathematics at Foundation and Higher Level (Edexcel board), as well as teaching AS and A-Level Mathematics (OCR board) in various Further Education Colleges. Prior to this, I was a University Lecturer for 25 years teaching and developing courses in statistics and quantitative methods for business courses.

Lessons have to have a clear structure of what is going to be covered and why.
If students have any particular area of maths that they wish to be covered or just past papers then that has to be respected.
Lessons ought to be engaging and fun with plenty of examples and past paper questions to stretch, develop and prepare students for the exam.
Building students confidence through graded exercises and homework will develop students' problem solving skills and allows them to be an independent learner.
