Hello there!
If the standard methods of education bore you, you've found the right tutor!
I'm the co-director of a Human Rights educational platform called Skaped, and through my experience speaking with tons of people about really challenging issues, that can often come across as long-winded, I've really learnt to make people NOT bored no matter how complex and difficult a topic may be.
My first hunch about how to do that came from trying to work through some really complex texts in literature lessons (where I ultimately felt my teachers were only making the texts more complex and boring than they had to be). So from when I was about 14 years old, I've worked on being clever with the way I study. It is true that the more you study the better you become, but there is no point spending hours on a topic if you're not being effective and smart in the way you study. So here I am to show you the smart way!
I was accepted into Cambridge University (St. Edmund's College) for a BA in Education with Literature and Drama, have scored on the top 95 percentile on the American Literature SAT subject test, as well as the 98 percentile on the English part of the SAT Reasoning test (American university entrance exams), I also happen to be a bit of a literature and drama geek, with a healthy obsession with all things political.
