About Rio
My name is Rio. I first got into MMA when I was 17 years old. Like most people, I got into it because it was a way for me to learn self-defence, build confidence and try out something new. It eventually became the thing I love most and I have been practicing many martial arts over the past 4 years.

Started off with Muay Thai, transitioned into MMA. I teach stand-up striking and no-gi grappling (wrestling, judo and jiu jitsu). My lessons are for all ages and any levels as I believe anyone can start regardless of when they begin.
