About Madeline
I am a qualified teacher and have been teaching English at a London prep school for 4+ years. I have an excellent track record in teaching and learning, and ensuring my pupils are making wonderful progress. I have experience in teaching English to EAL pupils, and pupils with other learning needs such as ADHD, ASD and dyslexia. I'm a warm and encouraging teacher with a passion to extend my love for English and literature. I have a degree in English Literature and Language and a PGCE in Primary education. Therefore, I have excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills which enable me to get the best out of my pupils.

Varying from grammar, comprehension, creative writing, exam preparation and EAL lessons, my teaching methods will adapt to each pupil. I will help to identify gaps in pupils' knowledge and plan sessions accordingly to strengthen those skills and leave my pupils feeling accomplished and confident! I am able to produce lessons in many ways to fit certain learning styles and needs.
