About Symi
Having graduated sixth form last year with A*'s and A's in English Literature, History and Spanish, I am looking to help primary/secondary school students with any of these subjects - but especially English. I have recently received my TEFL certificate so I am also able to teach English as a foreign language as well.

My teaching method is primarily ensuring I make a fun, inviting and open learning experience tailored specifically for each student, so that they can develop a passion for their learning and continue to grow in confidence and ability. As someone who holds a deep love for literature, it is my aim to share this with students and use it to create the best, personalised lessons for them.
For me it is key to recognise that each student is different and learns in different ways. It is my aim to ensure that I identify how students work best and use this to build upon their knowledge and enhance their abilities.
I am able to teach English Literature (or Language), Spanish and History to students ranging from primary school to A-Level. Additionally I am happy to offer music/music theory lessons to students ranging from primary school to GCSE. I am also a TEFL qualified teacher, so I am able to teach English as a second language to students of any age or level.

Details
Rates do not vary for student level. Travel cost is simply an additional £5 but may be raised to £10 if distance is over 20 miles.
Cancellation policy:
Online lesson - Cancellation up to 2 hours before online lesson is free, however £5 cancellation fee is included if the lesson is cancelled less than 2 hours beforehand.
In-person lesson - Cancellation up to 4 hours before online lesson is free, however £10 cancellation fee is included if the lesson is cancelled less than 4 hours beforehand.
