About Antonio
I am originally from the Philippines and am now based in Houston, TX, in the USA. I graduated from De La Salle University, one of the most prestigious schools in the Philippines. I have had extensive experience in teaching ESL from the Philippines and in the US combined. I have experience also in Banking, Retail, I.T., Marketing, etc, and thus can also teach Business English. I am patient with my students and am mostly concerned with their progress, making sure that they get what they pay for.

I can teach online or face-to-face. I usually have a diagnostic lesson to determine where the student stands in terms of their English proficiency. I ask what their purpose is in learning ESL. From there, I develop a detailed lesson plan outlining what will be covered. The lessons will be a combination of PowerPoint presentations and Word file exercises. I will apply Concept Checking Questions and encourage students to ask questions if anything is unclear. Constant follow-ups are made if needed along the way. Lessons are for non-native English speakers (teenagers to adult age) who want to learn English as a Second language and are also open to people who just want to improve their English, be it for school, work, or everyday communication.
